The type 238 set for spinal anaesthesia consists of:

- 1 plastic bowl (2-piece, graduated, white)
- 1 swab bowl (angular, transparent, 200 ml)
- 6 loop gauze swabs (plum-sized)
- 2 gauze compresses (7.5 cm x 7.5 cm, 8-piece)
- 1 E-syringe (2 ml, Luer, 2-piece)

- 1 wound plaster (7 x 5 cm)
- 1 spinal cannula 25 G with piercing needle

- 1 transparent perforated cloth with adhesive strip around the hole and on top (75 x 95 cm, die-cut: 7 x 10 cm vertical)
- 1 viscose fleece with adhesive strip on top (75 x 90 cm, blue)
