Delivery

Orders via the online shop can only be delivered within Germany.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is 100.00 € net.

Shipping charges

Order values less than 150.00 € net will be charged at a shipping flat rate of 5.95 € net.

Order values over 150.00 € net will be delivered free of charge.

Methods of payment

Payment in advance

First-time customers may only pay by advance payment initially.

After receipt of the order, the invoice is sent in advance per e-mail to the e-mail address given. At the same time, the original invoice will be sent by mail to the invoicing address given.

As soon as the due amount has been received by us, the goods will be dispatched to the delivery address given.

Payment per invoice

Existing customers have the option of paying per invoice.
After the goods have been dispatched, an invoice is generated and sent by mail to the invoicing address given.

The invoiced amount is to be paid according to the agreed conditions of payment (i.e. direct debit or credit transfer).

Delivery time

Our items are generally available ex-stock with delivery times of between 3-4 working days.

If an item is not in stock for unforeseeable reasons, the customer will be informed.
