The MIRUS™ System is an autonomous delivery system for volatile anaesthetics in target-controlled sedation.
It consists of a gas-specific controller for isoflurane and a reflector with additional HME filter.
The controller automatically controls the amount of anaesthetic gas to be delivered via the MAC pilot. With DOGA (Diffusion Optimised Gas Application) the system offers a savings potential and only releases gas during inspiration.
Furthermore, the device includes gas monitoring (etVA, etCO², ventilation parameters).
It is distinguished by simple operation, safe filling, automatic stop on disconnection and an intelligent alarm management.
